7. Limitation of Liability
OryxNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Refund Policy
OryxNode provides services at pricing significantly below typical market rates. To maintain service quality and sustainability, our refund policy is intentionally strict and highly favourable toward OryxNode.
1. General Refund Terms
Refunds are rarely issued and are granted solely at OryxNode's discretion. In most cases, all payments are final and non-refundable once a service has been provisioned.
Refund requests will be denied if:
- The service has been activated, deployed, or accessed in any way.
- Any amount of server resources, uptime, or compute has been used.
- The request is made more than 24 hours after initial purchase.
- The issue is outside OryxNode's direct control (e.g., network issues upstream, user configuration errors, third-party software bugs).
2. Limited Eligibility
A refund may only be considered under the following strict criteria:
- The service is completely non-functional due solely to an error on OryxNode's part.
- Our support team confirms the issue is caused by OryxNode infrastructure and cannot be mitigated or resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be provided if the user declines to cooperate with troubleshooting or refuses reasonable fixes.
3. Strictly Non-Refundable Circumstances
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for:
- Change of mind, accidental purchases, or purchasing the wrong service.
- Performance complaints stemming from mod/plugin misuse or third‑party software.
- Custom configurations, dedicated environments, or addon services.
- Promotional, discounted, bulk, seasonal, or custom‑priced orders.
- Violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Prepayment, Renewals, and Cancellations
- Prepaid terms (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are non-refundable.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for unused time.
- Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable, even if the user did not actively use the service during the renewal period.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate, permanent service termination. OryxNode reserves the right to:
- Suspend all related accounts,
- Decline future service orders,
- Recover losses and fees associated with the dispute.
6. Refund Process
If your situation meets the extremely limited eligibility criteria, you may open a support ticket. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
OryxNode reserves the final right to approve or deny any refund request for any reason.
